Jim Ousley

Jim Ousely, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Jim brings more than 35 years of experience in global technology companies to his role at Savvis where he oversees the company’s global operations, entry into new markets and advances in its cloud computing initiatives. He has served as non-executive chairman of Savvis since May 2006 and as a director since April 2002. In 2001, Jim was a founder of Vytek Wireless Corporation and was president, chief executive officer and a director until 2004. He previously served as CEO and president of Syntegra Inc. (USA) and as president and CEO of Control Data Systems. Jim also held various executive roles at Control Data Corporation (Ceridian Corporation) in global sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and business development where he led multiple joint ventures across the United States, India, Asia and Europe. Jim serves on the boards of ActivIdentity Corp., Bell Microproducts, Inc. and Datalink, Inc. He was a member of President Clinton’s Computer Systems Policy Project, a multi-year project designed to address America’s continued innovations in technology, and has served on numerous industry technology councils over his career.

As a member of the senior management team, Mary Ann leads the company's global procurement, real estate, information technology, human resources and payroll departments.

Previously, she was a Principal at The Clermont Group, which delivers global human resources, executive coaching and organizational development consulting services to a multi-national client base. Mary Ann also served in a senior human resources role for global risk management at Bank of America. She was responsible talent management, compensation, organizational development and senior leadership selection. Additionally, Altergott spent over ten years in a series of senior HR and operational roles with The Pillsbury Company.

As a member of the senior management team, Gene leads the company’s legal function, as well as the corporate secretary’s office.

Previously, Gene was the founder of Novo Strategic Partners LLC, which provided business consulting services including legal services management, intellectual property, M&A, and governance services. Gene previously served as the General Counsel of several public companies — including Spacelabs Medical, Inc., which specialized in medical software, hardware, and Internet technology — and has over 20 years of broad legal experience. In addition to a Juris Doctorate, Gene also holds an M.B.A. and has significant operational experience both domestically and internationally.

Bryan Doerr

Bryan provides technology leadership for infrastructure and product development, M&A support, and next-generation platform evaluation.

Before joining Savvis, he held positions in management, software technology research, and software development at Bridge Information Systems, Boeing, and the Applied Physics Laboratory. Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Bill Fathers

Bill Fathers, Managing Director, U.S.

Bill Fathers oversees Savvis’ global strategic business direction as well as world-class sales execution, solutions consulting, and successful go-to-market initiatives. He brings more than 15 years of experience as the driving force behind various leading-edge product initiatives in the financial services, media, and telecom industries.

Prior to joining SAVVIS, Bill was at Thomson Reuters the global information provider to the financial services sector for over 10 years. While at Reuters Bill gained valuable experience in building businesses in a number of global markets throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Previously Bill also worked for PA Consulting Group in Europe.

A former Officer in the British Army, Bill also holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Greg Freiberg

As a member of the senior management team, Greg oversees finance, legal, corporate development and investor relations.

Greg has held senior financial positions for both domestic and international communication service providers. Most recently, Freiberg served as Chief Financial Officer for XO Holdings, Inc. Prior to XO Holdings, Freiberg held positions as Senior Vice President of finance with Asia Netcom and Asia Global Crossing, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for all Lines of Business for Level 3 Communications and he was the founding Chief Financial Officer for MCI-WorldCom in Asia Pacific. Greg has served on the board of directors for joint ventures in Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, and Singapore.

James Mori

As a member of the senior management team, Jim oversees the U.S. sales organization.

Previously, Jim has held a variety of sales leadership and operational roles since 1999. Prior to this, he served in various sales roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Southwestern Bell, and AT&T Information Systems. Jim received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

Tom Riley

Tom Riley, Managing Director, International

Prior to joining Savvis, Tom served as a U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, culminating almost three decades of work in international business, technology, and energy management.

Tom began his professional career as an Associate Engineer for the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington. He spent four years overseas with TRW managing European operations. He then returned to California and co-founded General Resources Corporation. Tom has a strong foundation in technology, working in the Silicon Valley in California for the past 20 years. He has served as the President and CEO of Unity Systems (automated building controls), Web State (online training) and most recently ActivePhoto (online digital photo services).

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Stanford University in 1972 and attended Harvard Business School, where he was awarded an MBA in 1975.

Jeff leads our Global Operations and Client Services team.

Prior to joining Savvis, Jeff served as Vice President for Corporate Development and Financial Analyst at America Electric Power Company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for KPNQwest, a leading European telecommunications company providing data and Internet services.

Earlier, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Finance for GTS Telecommunications, a leading provider of voice and data communications services in Europe and Asia. Jeff has also served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of LCI International, Inc., a long distance operator, until it was acquired by Qwest Communications International, where he continued as Vice President and Controller. Jeff received a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Miami University.

Mark joined Savvis in early 2010 and is responsible for building a leading IT services and cloud computing business within North Asia and Japan. He has spent almost 20 years in Asia learning, growing businesses and creating high performing teams throughout the region.

Prior to joining Savvis, Mark held a number of senior leadership positions at Thomson Reuters Markets - Japan as President and Senior Company Officer for three years. He previously has held senior global and regional roles at Reuters - Japan, Bridge Information Systems - Singapore and Sungard - Hong Kong, where he was responsible for expanding sales and services growth across Asia.

Koji Taiga

Koji Taiga is responsible for Savvis' Japan business unit and leading operational areas including business development, sales operations, and technical operations.

Prior to joining Savvis, Koji was at The Walt Disney Company’s digital media business unit (Walt Disney Internet Group) where he led Asia Pacific regional technical operations. While at Disney, Koji gained solid experience in designing and running datacenter operations, managed services, system architecture and developments, post sales operations, product management and other various key commercial and operational leadership responsibilities. Koji has also worked for software and IT enterprise that include Infoteria Corp. and NEC and has a strong foundation in software architecture and development.

Koji earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from University of California, Davis (UC Davis). Koji was a serious full-time rower at the UC Davis rowing team and won at various regatta races such as Pacific Coast Rowing Championship and Newport Regatta.
