DDoS Protection for Savvis’ Network or Other Providers
The DDoS Mitigation 2.0 service can detect attack traffic on Savvis’ network before it impacts your infrastructure. Traffic is analyzed by our 24x7 team of security analysts who determine whether your traffic should be diverted to one of our globally dispersed cleansing centers for “scrubbing.” Once traffic has diverted and has been cleansed of malicious packets, it is then forwarded to your site. Non-Savvis network traffic can also be cleansed of malicious packets with the DDoS Mitigation 2.0 service and forwarded to your site by using one of several diversion-and-return options that best suit your individual network design.

Our world-class security operations center (SOC) is staffed by skilled analysts who not only monitor Savvis’ network for attack traffic, but also work with you round-the-clock during an attack to help ensure that available countermeasures are deployed and in use to keep your site protected.
