Jim Ousley

Jim Ousely, Chief Executive Officer

Jim Ousley, chief executive officer of Savvis, has more than 35 years of global technology experience. Jim served as non-executive chairman of Savvis since May 2006 before being appointed CEO in March 2010, and has been a director since 2002.

During Jim’s career, he has held leadership positions at several global technology companies, helping form and direct numerous IT product and service joint ventures in the U.S., Asia, India and Europe. Among his most significant previous positions, Jim was a founder of Vytek Wireless Corp. in 2001 and served as president, CEO and director until 2004. He also served as CEO and president of Syntegra, Inc. (USA), a subsidiary of British Telecommunications Group, and was president and CEO of Control Data Systems prior to its acquisition by Syntegra. In addition, Jim held numerous executive positions at Control Data Corp. (Ceridian Corp.), including global sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions and business development.

Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Nebraska.

He currently serves on the boards of ActivIdentity Corp. and Datalink, Inc., and he remains chairman of the board for Savvis.

Bill Fathers, President

As President, Bill Fathers oversees Savvis’ global strategic business direction as well as the company’s world-class sales execution, solutions consulting and successful go-to-market initiatives. He previously served as senior vice president and global head of sales and marketing, overseeing Savvis’ global strategic business direction as well as the company’s world-class sales execution, solutions consulting and successful go-to-market initiatives.

With more than 15 years of experience, Bill has helped shape the company’s international presence and significantly increase its market share. Savvis has become a leader in many of the global markets in which it competes with Bill being the driving force behind various leading-edge product initiatives in the financial services, media and telecom industries.

Bill came to Savvis from Thomson Reuters, the global information provider to the financial services sector, where he spent 10 years helping build businesses in a number of international markets throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Prior to that, he worked for PA Consulting Group in Europe.

A former officer in the British Army, Bill also holds a master’s degree in engineering from Cambridge University.

Bryan Doerr

Bryan Doerr, Chief Technology Officer

As chief technology officer at Savvis, Bryan Doerr leads internal IT systems development and provides technology and strategy input supporting network, hosting and security infrastructure and services. His role involves identifying new technologies related to IT services, assessing value to Savvis and its clients, leading initial testing and integration. Prior to his promotion to CTO in 2003, Bryan was vice president, software development, a position he held from the time he joined the company in 2002.

Before joining Savvis, Bryan held a variety of software and hardware development and management positions at Bridge Information Systems, Inc., The Boeing Company and the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and a master’s degree in information management from Washington University in St. Louis.

He is an advisory board member of the St. Louis Information Technology Entrepreneur Network (ITEN).

James Parker

James Parker, Senior Vice President, Americas Sales

James Parker was hired in September 2011 as senior vice president of Americas sales at Savvis. His duties include overseeing all sales and consulting activities, including technical design, renewal strategies and sales effectiveness across Savvis’ sales channels in North America, Central America and South America.

James has amassed nearly 20 years of enterprise software sales, service and development experience during his career. He spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as general manager of the enterprise and partner group, Central Eastern Europe. In that position, James was responsible for more than $1 billion in sales of software and services across 32 countries in support of more than 1,600 corporate clients.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 1988, James worked as a consultant in Texas for Dell and American Medical Management, and was a senior programmer analyst and consultant with IBM in Italy and a software developer for Manitoba Telephone Services in Winnipeg, Canada.

James holds a diploma in computer programming and analysis from Confederation College and a master’s degree in business administration from Rotman Business School at the University of Toronto.

Daniel Patton

Daniel Patton, Vice President and General Manager, Cloud Services

Daniel Patton was hired in September 2011 as vice president and general manager, cloud services at Savvis. In his new role, Daniel will focus on devising and implementing strategies that accelerate the growth of Savvis’ enterprise cloud platform.

He has amassed 20 years of experience in his professional career, including transforming a large Web services company from a self-service-only model to self-service plus direct sales and developing go-to-market strategies to increase adoption and revenue in the startup, SMB and enterprise markets.

Daniel joined Savvis after serving the past four years as Americas sales leader at Amazon Web Services. Prior to joining Amazon, Daniel held executive sales positions at IBM, Rational Software, Network Commerce and Boeing.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Walla Walla College and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Washington.

Jeffrey Von Deylen

Jeffrey Von Deylen, Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Client Services

Jeff Von Deylen is senior vice president of global operations and client services at Savvis. Jeff leads teams responsible for client lifecycle support, including service transition, service operations and continuous improvement strategies for all product lines, including network, colocation, managed hosting and cloud solutions. He also oversees infrastructure deployment and management, vendor management and client loyalty initiatives.

Jeff joined Savvis in 2003 as chief financial officer and board member. During his six years as CFO, Savvis experienced steady growth in EBITDA and annual revenue. The growth strategy under Jeff’s leadership was the result of several acquisitions, the raising of significant financing and expansion of Savvis’ data center and network footprint.

Before joining Savvis, Jeff held financial and corporate development positions at American Electric Power Co., KPNQwest, GTS Telecommunications, Qwest Communications International and Arthur Andersen.

Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Miami University.

Neil Cresswell

Neil Cresswell is responsible for Savvis’ businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Neil joined Savvis in 2007 running sales, service management and other functions in EMEA prior to being made Managing Director. Neil has close to 25 years of experience in the banking and IT industries. Prior to joining Savvis, Neil held roles in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East for companies such as and BNP, IBM and Fiserv Inc. More recently, he has been responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams at European IT managed services providers Netstore - Intercea Plc and Attenda Ltd.

Neil holds an honors degree in business studies from the University of Westminster.

Mark joined Savvis in early 2010 and is responsible for building a leading IT services and cloud computing business within Asia. He has spent almost 20 years in Asia learning, growing businesses and creating high performing teams throughout the region. Prior to joining Savvis, Mark held a number of senior leadership positions at Thomson Reuters Markets - Japan as President and Senior Company Officer for three years. He previously has held senior global and regional roles at Reuters - Japan, Bridge Information Systems - Singapore and Sungard - Hong Kong, where he was responsible for expanding sales and services growth across Asia.

Siobhan de Leeuw

Siobhan de Leeuw, Vice President, Savvis Global Finance

Siobhan de Leeuw is vice president of global finance at Savvis. Siobhan leads the global finance function and is responsible for driving improvement in profitability and value through provision of financial planning, analysis and corporate development support to the business. In addition, Siobhan oversees global accounting, reporting, treasury, accounts payable, billing and collections.

Siobhan joined Savvis in 2004 and was vice president, financial planning and analysis from 2006-2008 and vice president and corporate controller from 2008 before being promoted to her current position in July 2011. Siobhan led a successful $625 million financing effort in 2010 and has globalized Savvis financial processing efforts improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

Prior to joining Savvis, Siobhan spent 16 years at Cable and Wireless, where she held a number of senior financial management positions in the U.S. and Europe, including vice president, corporate controller and acting CFO. Siobhan led the financial aspects of the restructuring and separation of Cable & Wireless USA from the Cable & Wireless group.

Siobhan is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the U.K. since 1996.

Pete Bazil

Pete Bazil, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Pete Bazil has served as vice president, general counsel and secretary for Savvis since July 2010. For three years prior to assuming the role, he was vice president, associate general counsel overseeing several legal functions including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, intellectual property and real estate. Pete joined Savvis in 2003 as associate general counsel, a position he held for four years.

As general counsel, Pete’s responsibilities include leading the legal team, overseeing all legal matters and providing advice to the Savvis Board of Directors, senior executive team and the company on a global basis.

Before joining Savvis, Pete served as associate general counsel for WAM!NET, Inc., and was an associate with a large law firm based in Los Angeles.

Pete attended the University of California-Berkeley, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He holds a juris doctor degree and a certificate in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
