Vice President of Operations EMEA
Mike Bennett has served as Head of European Technical Operations since June 2004. Before this Mr Bennett was Hosting Engineering Manager for Savvis UK. Mr. Bennett was employed by Intel Corporation in a variety of positions, most recently as a Customer Account Manger, and before that as a Shift Operations Manager. Previously, Mr. Bennett served in various roles at Cable and Wireless’ Internet and Data communications Divisions.
Neil Cresswell

Neil is responsible for Savvis’ businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Neil Cresswell joined Savvis in 2007 running sales, service management and other functions in EMEA prior to being made MD. Neil has close to 25 years experience in the banking and IT industries. Prior to joining Savvis, Neil held roles in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East for companies such as and BNP, IBM and Fiserv Inc. More recently, Neil has been responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams at European IT managed services providers Netstore - Intercea Plc and Attenda Ltd. Neil holds an honours degree in business studies from the University of Westminster.
Jill Gates
Vice President of HR International
Jill Gates joined Savvis in August 2006 and is responsible for HR in EMEA, Asia Pacific and Japan. Jill has worked in HR for the past thirteen years with six of these years being spent exclusively in the IT and communications industries with senior HR management and consulting roles at Computer Associates, Huawei Technologies, Redstone Communications and Fastnet Systems. Previous to these roles, Jill spent six years with Adecco managing their temporary staff division in the Reading area. In the course of performing these roles, Jill has gained experience in, and advised on, HR management across multi-division environments and different geographic locations.
Roger Castle
Vice President of Finance
Roger Castle joined Savvis in January 2009 and is responsible for its Billing, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, Pricing, Procurement, Tax and Treasury activities in EMEA. Prior to joining Savvis, Roger was Northern Europe Finance Director at Yahoo!, Director of Commercial Finance at BT Radianz, Divisional Head of Finance at Reuters and spent 10 years in Investment Banking Finance with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a degree in Accounting & Economics from the University of Kent.
